Welcome to ZenAI (“ZenAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZenAI website and app at zenaitravel.com and the trip-planning services we provide. By creating an account or using ZenAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ZenAI.
1. About ZenAI
ZenAI is a travel-planning service that helps you create, organise, and share trip itineraries, including AI-generated trip suggestions. ZenAI is operated by an individual based in Singapore. You can reach us at hello@zenaitravel.com.
2. Who can use ZenAI
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZenAI. By using ZenAI you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. AI-generated content and travel information (please read)
ZenAI uses artificial intelligence and third-party data to generate trip itineraries, suggestions, time estimates, costs, maps, opening hours, and place information. This content is provided to help you plan and is for general guidance only. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. ZenAI does not guarantee the accuracy of any itinerary, travel time, price, opening hour, availability, or place detail. You are responsible for independently verifying important information before relying on it — including opening hours, prices, bookings, transport, entry requirements, visas, health and safety, and local laws. ZenAI is a planning aid, not a travel agent, booking service, or source of official travel advice.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to ZenAI, such as your trips, notes, and uploaded photos. By adding content, you grant us permission to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you (for example, signing image URLs, generating itineraries, and showing your trips back to you). You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to upload it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use ZenAI for any unlawful purpose;
- upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else’s rights;
- attempt to access other users’ data or trips without authorisation;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to break the security or integrity of the service;
- or attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service or its underlying systems.
7. Third-party services
ZenAI relies on third-party providers to function, including (among others) services for sign-in, data storage, AI generation, maps, and place photos. Some content, such as place photos, is provided by third parties and may carry their own attribution and terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party services.
8. The service is provided “as is”
ZenAI is currently provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenAI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated itineraries or travel information, missed bookings, travel disruptions, or decisions made using the service. ZenAI is a free planning tool, and you use it at your own discretion and risk.
10. Termination
You may stop using ZenAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users or the service itself.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use ZenAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
